Our fave @rachaelsgoodeats whipped up some brunch worthy waffles in her #NutriBullet %uD83D%uDE0D #Repost @rachaelsgoodeats %u30FB%u30FB%u30FB . . 1 pasture-raised egg 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/3 cup rolled oats 1 scoop @mrm_usa Cinnamon Bun vegan protein 1 tbsp coconut flour 1 tbsp @crazyrichardspb Powdered PB 1/2 banana 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder Directions: blend ingredients in @thenutribullet then pour into coconut oil sprayed waffle iron. Super simple to make, yet #refreshing & #delicious. For these, I tweaked my jamun #nicecream recipe. To make, blend: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 20 jamun (Java plums), deseeded 2 ripe, frozen bananas 1 tbsp honey (more if you prefer it sweeter) 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp lime juice 1 tbsp chia seeds in a high-powered blender (I used my @thenutribullet) until smooth (scrape down the sides a few times to ensure even blending).
